- Start with the owned system.
Name who owns the work, where evidence lives, and what should return to memory.
- Decide before movement.
Do not jump from signal to claim. Bind source, risk, policy, approval, and next lane first.
- Write with a truth boundary.
Say what is proven, what is early, what is still missing, and what should not be overstated.
- Return the residue.
Every post should leave a reusable note: evidence to collect, question to ask, project lane, or memory update.
Chip style is not inspirational green copy. It is operating copy.
The voice should be direct, owned, and useful. Start from reality, name the boundary, choose the next movement, and return what matters to memory. If a sentence cannot help a project owner decide, audit, finance, route, or remember, cut it.
